Everything there were nice, including nice facilities. Very pleasant staff, always with a smile. Location near the restaurant. Also, easy to take buses to the beach.

This hotel is an absolute gem! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with the warmest hospitality and made to feel right at home. The newly renovated rooms are modern and clean, with great amenities including air conditioning and good internet connectivity. The location of the hotel on a connecting road is perfect, as it offers a quiet setting yet still convenient for exploring Victoria town. I also loved the stunning view of the harbor from the patio on the first floor - it was a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The staff, particularly the manager, Roland, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their attention to detail and friendly service made all the difference.
No need for improvement, everything was excellent!

The location was very convenient for visiting the Botanical gardens located up the hill, and the bus stop was easily accessible for day trips to any decent beach. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us, with an early check, in and storing our bags for a late check, out. the air, conditioned room was comfortable, and the breakfast was filling.
The bathroom could use an update.

The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the staff were always cheerful and willing to lend a helping hand. It was great to see the giant turtles roaming freely around the garden. The location was perfect in terms of being within walking distance to nearby attractions.
The WiFi was slow and expensive. The breakfast was not up to my expectations.
